We’re a small IT consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia. It’s a fantastic place to live, work, and play every day.

Getting started

Jutda was started in 2006 as the commercial front to a number of personal projects by Ross Poulton, an IT consultant for a mid-market ERP solution provider.

While successful at work with positive feedback from peers and customers alike, outside of working hours, Ross designed and built a number of successful web applications unrelated to his day job. These simple to use applications spawned an interest in user interface design and a renewed love of simplicity, something he wanted to share with the world.

Right now

We only work on pre-selected specialist projects that have been identified to fill a void, rather than work for hire type projects.

Not doing work for hire means we’re not bound to external deadlines and conflicting projects — leaving us able to focus on getting our existing projects perfect before we move on to the next task.

Our applications are designed to be simple to use, with no bloat. They’re aimed at everyday people, not those who live life on the technical cutting-edge.
